Egg Nutrition Do's and Don'ts

All About Eggs (Chicken)

About 100 grams of eggs contain 13 grams of Protein which may sound good, right?? But it also contains Saturated Fat about 3.3 grams and Cholesterol about 373 mg which may lead to disasters..

Things to remember before eating eggs:-
  • Poultry Chicken Eggs are Unfertilized: Yes, you heard right, it is possible that every egg you ate since your birth isn't fertilized at all. Poultry chickens are genetically engineered to lay about one egg per day but in reality chickens only lay eggs in breeding season only after mating with the males, fertilized counts to about 15-20 eggs per year but poultry eggs count to 330-340 eggs per year. Since, unfertilized eggs contain pure female hormones and sex chromosomes and not taking them in apt dosage may cause hormonal imbalance and lead to catastrophic consequences like: Gynecomastia (Male Breasts) in men, Uterus cancer in women, and many life destroying diseases and abnormalities.
  • High Cholesterol: High Cholesterol make it a live edible grenade to humans. Since, high cholesterol can cause blockage in arteries and may cause cardiac arrest, therefore egg consumption for vulnerable people should not be more than 4 Egg Whites per week, and those with healthy heart can consume 4 egg wholes per week and not more than that, say experts.
  • Get all Nutrition: Cooking eggs fully doesn't give you full nutrition. most of the nutrition is concentrated in the egg yolk, since it is supposed be the nutrition of "supposed" cultivating life inside the egg. Therefore it doesn't mean it should be eaten raw, egg may contain some bacteria Salmonella that can cause life threatening diseases such as typhoid fever, food poisoning, gastroenteritis, etc. Therefore eggs should be cooked to half, i.e Half-Fried or Half-Boiled.

These Images show the actual  recipe that how they should be cooked to get all the nutrition they contain.

The post doesn't intend to instil a fear of eggs among the readers but to be cautious what overdose can do. Everything in controlled quantities is beneficial but lethal if overdosed.
